This is the official payment, subscription cancellation, and refund policy for DeepSwaper. We strive to deliver a smooth, high-quality AI experience and believe in being transparent and fair. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our processes regarding subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Subscription & Billing

  • Plans: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans (usually auto-renewing). We may also offer one-time credit packs for pay-as-you-go usage.
  • Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
  • Accepted Currencies:
    • Fiat: USD, and other major currencies depending on the payment processor.
    • Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH, and others (if supported). Crypto payments are final and non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
  • Pricing: Prices are displayed on the subscription page and may change from time to time. We will notify existing subscribers of material price changes via email or in-app notice.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • After cancellation, you will retain full access to premium features and remaining credits until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.

2.1 Cancellation Steps

To stop your subscription from automatically renewing:

  1. Log into your DeepSwaper account.
  2. Go to the Support Page and ask for help (or navigate to subscription management if available).
  3. Request cancellation of auto-renewal.

Please try to cancel your subscription at least one week in advance to avoid any issues.

Important: Logging out, deleting your account, or simply stopping use of the service does not cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel using the steps above.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under specific, limited conditions to maintain fairness for all users. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3.1 When You May Be Eligible for a Refund

You may qualify if all of the following apply:

  • a) No credits have been used and no content has been generated (e.g., videos, images, face swaps, etc.) since the payment;
  • b) The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the transaction date;
  • c) A severe technical issue (verified by our support team) prevents normal use of the service and cannot be resolved;
  • d) You were charged incorrectly due to a system error (e.g., duplicate charge).

3.2 Cases Where Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • a) Any subscription or credit pack where credits have been used or content has been created;
  • b) Payments made with cryptocurrency;
  • c) Purchases made during promotional sales, discounts, or limited-time offers;
  • d) Content generated after a cancellation request has been submitted;
  • e) The unused portion of an active billing cycle after cancellation;
  • f) Change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI output quality (when service was accessible), or other subjective reasons;
  • g) Requests submitted after the 7-day window.

3.3 How to Request a Refund

  1. Log into your DeepSwaper account.
  2. Go to the Support Page and submit a request (or open a support ticket).
  3. Provide your order details and explain the reason clearly.

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Processing Time & Important Notes

  • We do not offer prorated refunds or refunds to a different payment method.
  • For purchases made via third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), refunds are subject to their respective policies — we will assist where possible.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate this policy or appear to involve abuse of the refund system.
