We want to be clear and fair, so we've laid out clear steps and conditions below for what to do if you're not happy with your subscription or want to cancel. Please read this policy carefully to learn what you can and can't do when it comes to cancellations and refunds.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can end your DeepSwaper subscription whenever you want. You will still have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle if you cancel your subscription.
1.1 How to End Your Subscription
To stop your subscription from automatically renewing, log into your DeepSwaper account and ask for help on the Support Page. Please try to cancel your subscription at least a week in advance to avoid any problems.
Please be aware that if you cancel your subscription, you will not get back any fees that were charged before. You will still be able to use premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
1.2 Important Note
If you sign out of your account or delete your DeepSwaper account, your subscription will not be canceled. To stop automatic renewals, you must do the steps above.
2. Refund Policy
DeepSwaper offers refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
2.1 Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
a) No Credits Used: If you haven't used any credits or made any content (like face swaps, videos, or images) since your last subscription payment, you might be able to get your money back.
b) Within 7 Days: The request for a refund is made within 7 days of the transaction date.
c) Technical Issues: You have big technical problems (like platform errors that keep you from getting in) that our support team can't fix after looking into them.
d) Wrong Charges: You were charged wrong because of a problem with the system (like being billed twice).
2.2 Non-Refundable Cases
You can't get a refund for:
a) Used Credits: Subscriptions or credit packs where credits have been used to make content.
b) Cryptocurrency Payments: Because cryptocurrency transactions can't be undone, refunds aren't possible.
c) Sale Items: Items that were bought during a sale or promotional period.
d) Use After Cancellation: Content made after sending in a cancellation request.

We can't refund to a different account; we can only refund to the same payment method that was used to make the purchase.
